| I'm a "hapa" which is a term for mixed-raced. My mother is Japanese and my father is Italian/German. I have 2 sisters, one older & one younger. I have a dog named Peeps. He's a white fluffy dog who looks like a marshmallow, and tastes like one too. (jk) |

I'm 28 years old living with my perfect match in central New Jersey. I'm a musician at heart. I play the sax, viola & piano. Finally starting to teach myself guitar. Music is a hobby right now, and telecom is the industry I'm working in to pay the bills. I hope to get back into music performance again sometime in the near future. Gettin' hitched October 3, 2008. |

I'm starting to fall off the blogging bandwagon. I think it's mostly due to the fact that it seems everything I am writing about is semi depressing.
So...some highlights of my day.
1. I ordered Girl Scout cookies from my Director's kids some months ago and they finally arrived. 6 boxes and 21 dollars later I am one happy cookie.
2. Lil sis and I got manicures during my lunch hour and stopped at Wendy's for a quick lunch and ate it at my desk.
3. When I arrived at my driveway after my long drive home I noticed that all the snow and ice had melted away. YAY...I won't get stuck like I did this past weekend.
4. Mike brought home tissues for our noses and meat for our dinner.
5. Saw a silverfish on my ceiling, Mike tried to kill it, but it fell to the floor before he could. He learned that SQUISHING is the best method. YAY
6. Rearranged the loft a little bit and moved my desk to a new cozy corner where I have full view of the room instead of my old view of 2 walls.
To some this list may not be too 'great', but to me it is.
It's almost midnight and I feel very accomplished. Time for bed.Labels: personal, work |
